So here's a bit of a food challenge for Chinese speaking friends [or anyone who might know anything about this]. Recently during a visit to Montreux, a couple of friends and I came across this Chinese food stand along the Elves' Village. Aside from the dumplings being absolutely heavenly, their hot sauce collection was magnificent. This particular one was so amazing and so completely alien to me that I ended up buying the bottle from them. Due to some language barrier I couldn't quite figure out what exactly this is or where to buy it from though. So, if anyone knows what kind of sauce this is how I could search for it / where I could buy it, please let me know. There are more pictures in the album so you can see some of the ingredients, I can't recognise them at all!!
